Screen Shot 2015-03-16 at 3.46.09 PMBend faces dramatic challenges. By 2030, population forecasts predict 35,000 more people will live here, making Bend one of the country’s most rapidly developing cities.

Related issues such as affordability, transportation, urbanization, and access to employment and education challenge our ability to fulfill the Bend 2030 Vision.

We need volunteers to help us engage this community to achieve our long-term goals. Are you interested in volunteering? Would you like to serve on the Bend 2030 Board of Directors? Please email Erin Foote Marlowe at for more information.

Bend 2030 Vice-Chair Erin Foote-Marlowe, Housing Affordability Forum Committee Chair ML Vidas, and City of Bend Community Relations Manager and Bend 2030 Ex Officio Board Member Anne Aurand discuss the recent Housing Affordability Survey and Forum.
